In honour of World Oceans Day, we held interactive presentations at Laerskool Gansbaai.

Marine biologists,Our impact of marine pollution was highlighted and a poster was given to each class with some ideas of how they can make a personal difference to the health of our ocean. Each child had to fill in their commitment on a footprint cut out, representing their personal footprint on our planet.

The Trust plans to continue this theme during National Marine Week 11-15 October 2010 and broaden the reach to our other local schools in the area.
