New shark research programme launched in South Africa
Pioneering research studying the behaviour of Great White Sharks has been launched by a conservation charity, theDyer Island Conservation Trust(old.dict.org.za) at Gansbaai – close to the very tip of Africa.
This world-class programme is being conducted amongst the world’s densest population ofGreat White Sharksby our resident team ofmarine biologistsfrom the Trust’s research boat Lwazi (Knowledge) .
